Principle: no data collection

This website is a static information site. It uses no cookies, no tracking, no analytics or statistics tools, no advertising, no embedded maps and no social media plugins. Fonts are served locally from our own server (no external font services). The reference to our Instagram profile is a plain link – data is only transferred to third parties once you click it.

Hosting & server log files

The website is hosted by Cloudflare (Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA) on the Cloudflare Pages platform. When the site is accessed, access data is processed – as is technically necessary for any web server: your IP address, the date and time of the request, the requested resource and the transmitted browser/device type (user agent). This data is used solely to deliver the site and to ensure stability and security (defence against attacks).

The legal basis is our legitimate interest in the secure and stable operation of the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Cloudflare processes the data as a processor on our behalf. As processing may also take place in the USA, the data transfer is based on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

Contacting us

If you contact us by email or phone, we process the data you provide solely to handle your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) or (f) (interest in answering enquiries). We do not pass this data on to third parties and delete it as soon as the enquiry has been fully dealt with and no statutory retention obligations apply.

Your rights

You have the following rights regarding your personal data: access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection to processing. To exercise them, simply contact us at the address above.

If you believe that the processing of your data infringes data protection law, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Austrian Data Protection Authority (Barichgasse 40–42, 1030 Vienna, dsb.gv.at).
